Diplomacy is a manifestation of comprehensive national power. In alignment with our diplomatic policies, the TaiwanICDF emphasizes the characteristics of the "Taiwan Model" to help partner countries enhance their capacity building. Taiwan leverages its strengths in areas such as internet and digital governance, smart healthcare, smart agriculture, new energy, and carbon credit collaboration to support allied and friendly countries. Each year, we conduct surveys through Taiwan's embassies and representative offices to identify the talent development needs of these allied and friendly countries. Our goal is to support partner countries in developing their human resources, focusing primarily on training government mid- to high-level officials and NGO personnel from developing countries. This training aims to enhance their capacity for policy-making, creating a win-win synergy for mutual benefit.
