The International Cooperation and Development Fund (TaiwanICDF) is recruiting long-term and project-based overseas volunteers for 2023. The TaiwanICDF is looking for overseas volunteers who have expertise in teaching, nutrition, network engineering, fundraising and marketing, wildlife conservation and field research, etc. The online application is open from now until February 3, 2023.

Since the borders were reopened, the TaiwanICDF has provided more diverse opportunities for overseas volunteering. We welcome the citizens of the Republic of China (Taiwan) who are interested in such opportunities to submit their applications to the TaiwanICDF Overseas Volunteers Program.

In recent years, TaiwanICDF does not only dispatch long-term volunteers to diplomatic allies but also dispatch project-based volunteers to different types of INGOs. This year we collaborate with Good Neighbors Taiwan, Cheetah Conservation Fund, and Step30 to send volunteers to Mongolia, Vietnam, Somaliland, and Kenya. As of January 2023, the TaiwanICDF has dispatched 832 volunteers in 44 countries. During their services, the volunteers share Taiwan’s experiences with locals and after completing the services, they bring their cross-cultural experiences back to Taiwan and enrich the society.
