Workshops are classified by region and include global workshops,regional workshops and country-
specific workshops.
Application Procedure: Application for the workshops passes through the ROC (Taiwan) Embassy
/ Consulate (General)/ Representative Office/ Taiwan Technical Mission Office or project representative
in allied and friendly countries. The ROC (Taiwan) Embassy
/ Consulate (General)/ Representative Office/ Taiwan Technical Mission Office or project representative screen qualification of applicants
first, and send qualified applicants to TaiwanICDF. TaiwanICDF will issue the letter of
invitation and acceptance to the shortlisted participants through the
ROC (Taiwan) Embassy/Consulate (General)/ Representative Office/Taiwan Technical Mission Office or project representative.
