Project Description：

The TaiwanICDF is partnering with the Développement international Desjardins (DID) to assist Haitian financial institutions in developing gender-inclusive financial mechanisms and policies, integrating gender considerations into the overall operations of these institutions. The activities involve reviewing and adjusting existing financial products and services, as well as assisting financial institutions in launching digital financial products and services and providing interest subsidies to enhance financial institutions' willingness to offer loans to women-owned businesses, achieving the goal of inclusive financial services.

Project Objectives：

At least 50% of the women MSMEs benefiting from the program have achieved an income increase of at least 20%.

Executing Agency：

Développement international Desjardins (DID)

Implementation Arrangement：

DID selectes at least two partner financial institutions to participate in the program. In addition to hiring local experts, the project team will collaborate with international experts who will provide remote support for project implementation.
