每年7月聯合國在紐約舉辦永續發展高階政治論壇(HLPF)，邀請各國領袖及公民社會團體共同檢視永續發展目標，並提出相應對策。國合會將與駐紐約台北經濟文化辦事處（駐紐約辦事處）合作，以「結合更具包容性與創新之數位轉型為COVID-19疫後永續鋪路(Incorporating Digital Transformation with Broader Inclusiveness and Greater Innovation to Build a Straight Path to Sustainability Post Covid-19)」為題，於7月14日臺北時間晚間10點舉辦視訊研討會，邀請各界專家探討因應COVID-19疫情及後疫情時代所需的數位轉型架構，找出協助全球回到永續發展軌道上的創新數位解方，共同營造可通往永續發展目標的數位生態系統(Digital Ecosystem)。
