The TaiwanICDF is scheduled for accepting applications of its 2020 International Higher Education Scholarship Program starting from January 1 to March 15, which is expecting to provide scholarships for 175 students. The program offers 31 academic programs at undergraduate, Master and Ph.D. programs in cooperation with 21 Taiwanese universities to apply including science and technology, agriculture, public health and business management programs.

From 1998 to 2019, the program has benefitted 2,257 foreign students. The TaiwanICDF has assisted our allied or partner countries through the program to cultivate many heads of government officials and senior managers in the private sector. And by studying together with foreign students, Taiwanese students can cooperate with them in participate many off-campus competitions, international forums and expand their international perspective. The program could achieve the dual goals of assisting the socio-economic development of partner countries and facilitating the internationalization of the universities in Taiwan.
