Project Description：

1. Maintain and make enhancements to the St. Kitts and Nevis Government Portal.
2. Maintain and make enhancements to St. Kitts and Nevis government application systems.
3. Operate the basic network at the National ICT Center.
4. Assess the feasibility of introducing 5-6 application systems for use by the government of St. Kitts and Nevis; implement the systems and conduct associated training courses and seminars.

Project Objectives：

1. Operate the National ICT Center and associated applications to provide an integrated governmental platform for ICT; plan and develop the work of government agencies by providing ICT training and consultancy services; enhance government capacity and the quality of public services by developing application systems and providing integrated education and training curriculam.
2. Improve the planning and development of e-government systems, administrative management applications and develop a productive network of electronic applications in order to enhance the transparency and administrative efficiency of government and strengthen national competitiveness.
3. Enhance the ICT-related knowledge and skills of government officials and citizens in St. Kitts and Nevis.
4. Assist the government of St. Kitts and Nevis to train ICT seed teachers.

Project Performance：

1. Provided training courses to 3,186 persons at the National ICT Center.
2. The Human Resources Management System, Hospital Information Management Systems and Vehicle Registration System are operational; a further six government portals and e-mail systems are on-line.
3. Managed the National ICT Center and overseen top-level domain management.
