Project Description：

The Project provided the funding for the Taze Ay Group to expand and build the processing capacity of the halal-type meat products. The Project also involved an increase in the working capital (additional raw materials, etc.) and expansion of the distribution network.

Project Objectives：

The project facilitates the Taze Ay group’s expansion in the halal-type meat production.

Executing Agency：EBRD

Implementation Arrangement：

The loan was administrated by EBRD and executed by Taze Ay group for the intended purpose.

Projected Benefits：

The Project enabled the Borrower to launch exports to the neighbouring countries as the existing halal section is not technically capable of supporting exports. The Borrower also enhanced the local halal distribution network.
