On January 28, 2003, Chairman Eugene Chien(right) proudly represented the ICDF in accepting ISO 9001 certification for the education and training department. The certification was issued to the international human resources development operations and represents an ICDF milestone toward becoming a more professional and accountable institution.

The certificate was issued by Best CERT Quality Registrars, Ltd. In the future, the ICDF will continue to standardize operations in order to improve organizational efficiency.
