The TaiwanICDF is sponsoring the 2014 International Development Cooperation Student Paper Competition, which is open to students enrolled in bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral level courses as part of the International Higher Education Scholarship Program at any TICA university. Students may participate individually or as a team, and winners will receive a cash prize and certificate of merit. The deadline for the submission of proposals is December 15, 2014.
