The project will establish the Specialized Financial Intermediary Investment Fund, which will be administered by the IDB and the Multilateral Investment Fund (MIF).

執行方式：IDB Lab will use the fund resource to directly or indirectly invest in, or make loan to the microfinance institution after obtaining the approval from IDB Lab Donor's Committee.
