Project Name：Technical and Vocational Skills Certification Enhancement Project Phase II in the Kingdom of Eswatini

Project Description：

Eswatini, this project will assist Eswatini in developing competency standards for important occupations based on the Eswatini Qualification Framework (ESQF), and revise skill certification standards and the curricula of vocational training institutions accordingly. In addition, this project aims to improve the skills of the youth and draw the attention of society through domestic and international skills competitions, cultivating technical talents required for the nation's industrial development. Contents of the project include: 1. Assist Eswatini to develop competency standards for key occupations in priority industries based on the ESQF. 2. Assist vocational training centers with implementing the competency standards and training curricula. 3. Understand the needs of the labor market and human resources training and development. 4. Expand training capacity and develop high-level skilled labor, including cooperation with private enterprises and regional vocational training centers. 5. Expand project results to southern African countries, and attract students from neighboring countries with well-developed occupations that are in high demand. 6. Strengthen the matching of human resources with enterprises. 7. Organize the National Skills Competition.

Project Objectives：

When the project is concluded, the satisfaction of beneficiaries with training will reach 80 points and above, contribution to enterprises will reach 80 points and above , and it will increase qualified skilled labor in key occupations for the country's industrial development.
