As such, if your country wishes to submit a proposal, please contact the Taiwanese embassy or representative office in your country directly. If there is no Taiwanese embassy or representative office in your country, please get in touch with the Taiwanese embassy or representative office in a neighboring country. This embassy or representative office will forward your proposal to Taiwan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, who may then ask us to become involved. We would then proceed to conduct a professional appraisal and confirm the feasibility of the project, carrying out project identification, preparation, appraisal and implementation in accordance with the project cycle.
