The TaiwanICDF was established with an initial endowment of NT$11.6 billion. This was the net value of the International Economic Cooperation Development Fund, the organization which preceded the TaiwanICDF, at the time of its dissolution (for more information, please take a look at our History).

Current sources of funding include the fund itself, interest, and commissions by the government or other institutions. As of December 31, 2022, the total balance of all funds was NT$15.36 billion.
