The TaiwanICDF is headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan. We operate Taiwan Technical Missions and implement projects, as well as manage a branch office, in 30 countries.

The TaiwanICDF was formally established in 1996 with a view to promoting “progress, development and humanity.” We cooperate with foreign governments and international organizations and agencies to assist partners and developing countries in their social and economic development. Our objectives are to improve rural life, upgrade industrial and occupational competitiveness, strengthen cooperation with international organizations and pursue environmentally sustainable forms of development.
