Care is the first in our new series of short, online films, Love Without Borders. Throughout this series, we’ll look at how the uneven distribution of global resources can cause poverty and create problems for development. We’ll also show how the TaiwanICDF, in its role as a development agency, assists developing nations to access these resources and alleviate poverty. Focusing on the theme of water resources, our first film is designed to show just how valuable a resource water really is, and inspire care for those in developing nations.
