Eswatini has the world’s highest HIV/AIDS rate, and the health needs and care of infected mothers and infants have become serious concerns in the country. To assist the country in increasing in accessibility to health care services, the TaiwanICDF and Chia-Yi Christian Hospital collaborated in implementing the project to improve the quality of medical personnel in Eswatini.
