The Pacific Islands are rich in resources but some partner nations lack the means to train human resources. The TaiwanICDF, commissioned by the MOFA, has organized the Vocational Training Project in the Pacific since 2014 in order to assist our partner countries to cultivate skilled talent in related fields.
