Project Description：

This project establishes an Agricultural Resilience Industry Chain Incubation Platform in the Philippines. By introducing Taiwan’s advanced resilient agricultural technologies and services, we aim to empower local Filipino businesses. Through comprehensive support in technology, talent, and capital, we seek to enhance their production resilience and business management capabilities, ultimately achieving the "Smart New Agriculture" vision of the Taiwan-Philippines mutual prosperity initiative.

Key Execution Areas include:(1) Technology Integration: Introducing Taiwan’s premium resilient agricultural technology products and services to the Philippine market.(2)Business Empowerment: Assisting Philippine enterprises in developing and managing businesses related to agricultural resilience.

Implementation Start Date：2026-01-01

Implementation End Date：2029-12-31

Project Objectives：

To establish an Agricultural Resilience Industry Chain Incubation Platform in the Philippines. The goal is to successfully mentor 30 enterprises to achieve sustainable operations for at least 3 years.

Current Progress：

As of the end of March 2026, the key achievements of this project include:

1. Completed one training session focused on developing business management skills for farmers.

2. Consulted with local governments and academic institutions regarding the establishment of regional incubation centers and conducted on-site inspections of potential locations.

3. Assisted one company in successfully bidding for a government procurement project in the Philippines.
