To provide a loan to Express Leasing, a microfinance and leasing firm focused on lending to small business in Moldova. The loan is co-financed by EBRD and TaiwanICDF's FIPEISF-SBAIII.

Project Objectives：To support the growth and development of local businesses, particularly the MSMEs.

Express Leasing Moldova / EBRD

Implementation Arrangement：The loan is administrated by EBRD and executed by Express Leasing for the intended purpose.
