                                          Highlights of the 20th Anniversary
                                          Celebration Activities

                     The opening ceremony was held at Siwei
                     Administration Center of Kaohsiung City Government.
                     Foreign ambassadors to the Republic of China
                     (Taiwan), legislators, partners of the TaiwanICDF, and
                     associated people in foreign services and aid were
                                                         Deputy Foreign Minister, Francois Chih-chung Wu, TaiwanICDF Deputy Secretary
                     invited to attend this celebration.
                                                         General, Lee Pai-po and Kaohsiung City Government Secretary General, Yang
                                                         Ming-jou, conducted the opening ceremony for the Exhibition of Stories of Taiwan's
                                                         Foreign Aid Endeavors that was jointly organized by Kaohsiung City Government
                                                         and the TaiwanICDF.
