The project will establish the Specialized Financial Intermediary Investment Fund, which will be administered by the IDB and the Multilateral Investment Fund (MIF).

Project Objectives：Facilitate the development of market economies and micro-, small- and medium-sized enterprises in TaiwanICDF partner countries.

Executing Agency：IDB Lab

Implementation Arrangement：IDB Lab will use the fund resource to directly or indirectly invest in, or make loan to the microfinance institution after obtaining the approval from IDB Lab Donor's Committee.
