Project Description：

According to the Eswatini government’s Small and Medium Enterprise Strategy, the Eswatini Development Finance Corporation (FINCORP), the executing agency, will relend the project funding in local currency to MSMEs in the agriculture, manufacturing, transportation, forestry and construction and irrigation infrastructure sectors. Through this mechanism, MSMEs will be able to obtain commercial opportunities from the government and large-scale corporations.

Project Objectives：1. Create local employment opportunities, promote rural development and improve people’s livelihoods by supporting on-lending to the micro-, small- and medium-sized enterprise(MSME) sector.
2. Enlarge FINCORP's operation capital to bloom MSME financing in Swaziland.

Executing Agency：

Eswatini Development Finance Corporation (FINCORP)

Implementation Arrangement：FINCORP is to re-lend the project funding to MSMEs according to its Operation Manual.
