Project Description:

The Agricultural Productivity Recovery and Young Farmers’ Training project aims to transform and establish a comprehensive teaching and demonstration centre by integrating the existing agricultural production facilities of the Orange Hill Biotechnology Centre. By selecting and encouraging St. Vincent and the Grenadines outstanding young people to participate in advanced courses on professional knowledge and technology provided by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, Fisheries, Rural Transformation, Industry and Labour of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, the Taiwan Mission, and other international organizations, the project will guide young farmers to cultivate high-value crops and assist them in establishing market channels.
