Project Description：

Yayla Agro Gida San. ve Nak. A.S. (“Yayla”) is a joint stock company incorporated in Turkey. It is one of the leading players in the production and processing of pulses and rice in Turkey. The Project is to finance the company's new investment program to set up a new plant in Mersin for organic ready-to-eat products, and the related working capital need.

Project Objectives：The loan will provide long-term financing to support the company’s day-to-day operations. The project will also help the company further improve its corporate governance to continue its transformation from a family business to a modern corporation.
