Project Description：

The Project was implemented by way of Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Transfer in Belgrade, Serbia. To meet the EU standard, the project  constructed energy from waste facility, a construction demolition waste facility, a leachate treatment facility and landfill gas facility, rehabilitation of the existing landfill, and construction of a new sanitary landfill.

Project Objectives：

1. construction of a new energy from waste facility, a leachate treatment facility and landfill gas facility (340,000 tons/year); 2. construction of a new construction demolition waste facility (200,000 tons/year); 3. construction of a new sanitary landfill (170,000 tons/year); 4. rehabilitation of the existing landfill (40hectares).

Implementation Arrangement：

The TaiwanICDF, through its contribution to the GESF, co-financed the project with the EBRD、IFC and OeEB by providing a loan to Beo Cista Energija.
