Project Description：

Provision of a senior loan to Banca Transilvania under the Green Economy Finance Facility focusing on financing green investments in the residential sector in Romania. The financing will be used for on-lending to eligible sub-borrowers for investments in energy and resource efficiency measures in the residential buildings.

Project Objectives：To provide green economy financing loan targeting the residential buildings in Romania.

Executing Agency：

Transilvania Bank

Implementation Arrangement：The proceeds will be used to provide loans to Individuals or Group of Individuals, Housing Associations and Management Companies, Service providers and Vendors to implement sustainable energy investments in residential dwellings or buildings.
