Providing MSME A/B Loan for on-lending to eligible MSME sub-borrowers.

Implementation Start Date：2014-07-24

Implementation End Date：2019-07-25

Project Objectives：The proposed credit line will allow DB’s to finance sub-loans to its MSME customers for business and residential energy efficiency projects and equipment and assist DB to further contribute to strengthening the bank’s customer base and to continue to successfully compete in the local banking sector by providing new products and offering medium and long-term financing to its customers.

Executing Agency：EBRD

Implementation Arrangement：The proceeds will be used to make sub-loans to eligible local micro, small and medium enterprises ("MSME Sub-loans") which satisfies the eligibility criteria.

Projected Benefits：The project will help increase the local MSMEs access to medium term funding, including in the rural areas of the country.
