Project Name: EBRD Financial Intermediary Investment Special Fund—Small Business Account— Deniz Bank MSME Loan(Turkey)
Project Description: To provide funding of up to €95 million to DenizBank for on-lending to Turkish micro, small and medium-size enterprises (MSMEs). The credit-line will be used to offer loans worth up to €200,000.

Project Objectives: It is anticipated that this project will provide loan facility to Deniz Bank for on-lending to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) to facilitate the economic development in the Repubic of Turkey.
Executing Agency: EBRD
Implementation Arrangement: TaiwanICDF Provide a loan of 5 million EUR through FIISF-SBA to the Deniz Bank in Turkey, alongside with the EBRD and other co-lenders. The funds provided to Deniz Bank will boost the flow of finance to entrepreneurs and will also have a positive impact on the Turkish banking sector, providing access to longer term financing.
