Application Procedure: Application for the workshops passes through Taiwan Embassies/Representative Offices in allied and friendly countries. Taiwan Embassies/Representative Offices screen qualification of applicants first, and send qualified applicants to TaiwanICDF. TaiwanICDF will issue the letter of invitation and acceptance to the shortlisted participants through Taiwan Ebassies/Representative Office
